Welcome to Rochdale Road Medical Centre

Dr Sajid Saaed Khan has decided to retire from the Practice on the 30th April following 39 years of providing medical care for his patients. We wish him well on his retirement. For patients who Dr SS Khan was their usual doctor your care has been transferred to Dr O Khan.

Rochdale Road Medical Centres Patient Participation Group is a route for patients to advise and inform the Practice on what mattes most to patients and to help identify solutions to problems.

Members of the PPG should think about the wider patient interest and not just their own personal concerns when serving on the PPG.

If you wish to participate in our Patient Participation Group please ask at reception or email

HMRCCG.RochdaleRoadMedicalCentre@nhs.net for more information.

If you would like any letters/information in an alternative format (for example large print) or if you need help with regards to communication with the Practice, please let us know.
